"What is the current role of someone who does this job, and how we think this role can evolve. So when you're looking at this role right now, you might have an account manager who is responsible for a hundred accounts. They have to physically do two things. They have to consistently build relationship really well and be that great salesperson. And they have to be a fantastic analyst. So they have to sit on the data that comes from distributor reports and communication and their ERP and promotion calendars and so on. And they have to analyze on one hand, and on the other hand, they have to execute. And those set of skills, like finding someone who's amazing in both of them at the same time is very difficult, and doing it at scale is very difficult. So for us, what we're first seeing is we believe that with the guidance of the sales rep, we can continuously build better and better reporting of what they wanna see without them having to be proactive about it. We can start running analysis, show them insights, and many times take even actions, and then they can focus a lot on the highest leverage points."
