"Hey guys, I'm gonna share a story with you and I probably shared it before but I can't remember so we're doing this again So I used to work for a steakhouse and back when I worked for this steakhouse We had a lady who would come in every Thursday at 1230 on the dot like fucking clockwork And this woman would order a 16 ounce ribeye with no butter. No oil. No seasoning We'd have to clean a section of the flat top so that we could Cook her 16 ounce ribeye and she wanted that 16 ounce ribeye. Well done Plus which was well done plus a couple extra minutes not seconds minutes on the flat top This bitch wanted shoe leather and that's you know what? I'm already mad, but you ordered it So I'll fucking make it sure But would send it over to the edge for me every single time and I complained every single time and I'm still gonna complain Every single time even though I don't fucking work there anymore is that she wanted it saute style No jus no onions now our saute sauce was a jus you could probably guess from the no jus part and Sauteed mushrooms and onions floating in the a jus which we would ladle out and drizzle over top the steak But she didn't want any jus and she didn't want the onions She wanted just soft mushrooms on this piece of steak that she had forced us to cook for her and The only way to get them soft was to boil them so we would have to take a pan of water and Slice up some mushrooms throw them in the water boil them until soft and then that was her order. It was a burnt to shit 16 ounce ribeye with boiled mushrooms and That is in order that will be burned into the mic into the back of my brain for the rest of my life And I'm pissed about it still to this day It's so fucking stupid a cow died for that all right"
