Makes me crazy that there's no real footage of him in his prime. There's a '61 match vs Bob Geigel that probably rules, '67 vs Bockwinkel gotta be incredible, '63 vs Thesz, etc etc.</p>

From October &#39;64 to March &#39;65 he worked for Big Time (Stu Hart &amp;amp; Al Oeming&#39;s precursor to Stampede) and NWA Vancouver. Lots of time limit draws with Don Leo Jonathan, and a title shot against Thesz in Vancouver.</p>
