This is not the first time a Black person has gone missing or even found dead after spending time with a group of their White “friends”… Not a single one of those White boys knows anything about??? Not buying that bullshit today…. If this were a reverse situation, we know who would blamed …
"He never came home. Nolan Wells, known to his family and friends as NoNo. Ocean Springs, Mississippi, wide receiver, graduated 2025. High school graduate, pretty humble young man, a leader, 18 years old. I started not to make this video, it's my fourth attempt, but I got to thinking about his mom, his dad, and any parent, any Black parents that try their very best to vet their children's white best friends, their parents, and even their parents' friends, or even try to vet where they work, their employment, just to be reassured that their kids are safe in predominantly white spaces today. The trust is gone now. It's not to say that all Black folks can't trust white people, that's not what I'm saying. When you master discernment when it comes to knowing which white people you can trust and which ones you can't, it comes on deaf ears. I've gone to war and come back and trusted some of the best men and women I can trust with my life white, so I know, but too many young Black kids are coming up missing in white spaces today, spaces that we used to deem that was quite friendly, it's not friendly anymore. He was last seen around 3 p.m. on 4th of July, then a group got back on their boat and they came home without him, and their explanation is simple. They figure he caught a ride with someone else on a desolate island. You need a boat to get on the island. His phone came back to the mainland, but he didn't. The only tool that Nono could ever use to call his parents or call for help, somehow, handed off to his friends, and they left him there on the island. Well, today I can tell you right now that every Black parent who has kids that have majority white friends via the area or school that they attend and stay in, that trust is gone now. Young Black men trusting his friends. Back in the day when I was your age, we used to have discernment, and if we didn't have that, we listened to songs like this. Truth has to be part of y'all be well."
