You're gonna maintain and we don't do that Another one for you guys and if you guys want to have fun foods on the weekends They cut your calories back or half of your foods back throughout the week So you can enjoy your weekend with whatever you want to have But don't go crazy And the last one for you guys for your meals. Make sure you guys are prioritizing Protein is going to help you stay full Satiated and you're not going to binge on anything else And like I said if you have to eat fruits or vegetables on the side, it's gonna help"
