"If you're looking for your next progressive electoral fixation, let's talk Michigan 7, which is a red-to-blue flip district who is in the left-focus on red-to-blue seats. Your candidate is Will Lawrence. It's an open primary. He's Bernie endorsed in a district that's about to become home to three different data centers, even though the residents don't want them. His first campaign out is totally focused on data center moratorium. From East Lansing was a founder of the Sunrise Movement and was recently at a candidate forum where all three Democrats running in this primary were asked, is what's happening in Gaza a genocide? Let's take a look at Will's answer. The question was, do you believe that Israel has committed a genocide in Gaza? And I think the answer that you haven't heard here on stage is obviously yes. Let's hear from the other two Democrats running and let's put it on two times feed for reasons that will become obvious. As an ABC, I spent lots of time overseas and in war zones. This is one of those cases where we want to see as few loss of civilian life as possible, we want humanitarian access to people who need it. When we work with another country, I expect our partners to do the same and hold themselves to the same standards that we hold ourselves. So when I look at Israel and Gaza, I look at both the state of Israel as a partner to the United States in the region, as a partner in the region, Egypt, Israel, Jordan, Morocco, Bahrain, and we need to support those partners because they have a right to exist, that's the way it should be. What I focus on, number one, is what's in the interest of the United States. And what's in the interest of the United States is peace and security at the least. It's actually the most challenging, complex set of issues, maybe of the modern era, it's been decades of trying to. What I think we need to focus on to get there are some key principles. One is a secure and democratic Israel, living side by side with a Palestinian state. In this end state goal, we should use every tool of our American power to achieve it. I think this is how we have to address this and we need to work very hard in a diplomatic way to achieve this mission. I know it's rich coming from me specifically, but maybe a little more concise, maybe a little like answer the question. Anyway, Will's not taking corporate PAC money, obviously, so he needs your help. Will is one of the big prospects for progressive populists flipping red to blue seats, but he has to get out of the primary first. This is his website.
