"A good lawyer should have him and his team immediately saying, OK, I've got these photographs. I have these medical records. I have this police report. I have this video of the wreck. I have this witness statement. I have the statements given to the insurance company, whatever that evidence may be. Put that together and kind of figure out one. What's the timeline? What are we looking at? Two, what are our theories of liability? And three, who are all the liable parties? Potentially, if you get into a commercial case and I know we're going to talk about that in a little bit. You know, there's potentially someone who packed the truck. There's somebody who's helping with the shipping process. There's someone that's part of, you know, the driving team. There's someone that's part of maintaining a vehicle. There's part of inspection of a vehicle. And that doesn't change necessarily for someone who's an individual driver. Right. Someone may have entrusted the vehicle to their friend and they know their friend has 40 WIs or doesn't have a driver's license. They may entrust the to their friend and know that it's 10,000 miles past an oil change, that it needs to be treading on its tires, that the brake pads are worn out."
