"I'm gonna say something now which is probably the bleeding obvious but you know what I find amazing about life is and again this is an obvious statement you just never know do you what the hell's gonna happen and and that can be a positive thing as well it's not just about negative things happening that when you're going through something terrible you're going through something traumatic you know whether it's sorry to bring it onto me but going through I don't know divorce or a grief of any kind and you have that feeling inside yourself that you've reached that point where you've hit the buffers and there's no way that things could ever improve and then all of a sudden you have that little spark and you think to yourself things feel possible and that spark can be created by being out in nature or just changing your perspective slightly I think about Christmas for example and I do love Christmas okay anything why am I thinking about Christmas right now in July because I use Christmas as this point in my life where I think who knows what could happen by then you know yeah I could be sitting there watching Netflix by myself and stuffing my face with mince pies and thinking I can't believe a whole year has gone by I could be with I could be in a different country I could be with a family you know anything's possible and I think that's what the that's the key isn't it it's to hold on to the hope the possibility that things can change and they do you know life is a sort of a constant a constant process of change isn't it and it just gives me a little bit of hope and I think by coming out to places like this and just being out here it does something it sort of unclogs your pores if you like in your head it gives you that weird hair that bloody morrissey it gives you that feeling of everything's gonna be alright and if you're going through anything if you're going through any sort of shit and stress and trauma keep the faith"
