"More than 5,000 runners and walkers. They're set to hit the streets. It's the 52nd annual Butte to Butte event in Eugene. It's hosted by the Oregon Track Club all the way since 1973. Actually a series of races though, but it earns its name from the starting line. That's at Spencer Butte in South Eugene and then the finish line at Skinner Butte located downtown. This year's Butte to Butte, including a five kilometer run or walk, a 10 kilometer run and a four mile mayor's fitness walk. In addition, Lane Transit District also operating on the Sunday bus schedules. They're going to serve as a free pick up and drop off service for passengers looking to travel through the starting lines. Pickups located at Fifth and Oak Street. Drop off near the starting line at 40th and Donald. Road closures and traffic delays along the course. Of course, those will be in effect from 6 a.m. until 10 a.m. Find a full detail of exactly where those roads will be impacted. Head over to the event's website, butte2butte.com and just be aware of that tomorrow morning."
