"The Save America Act is the biggest voter disenfranchisement effort since Jim Crow. It has not only directed at people of color, rural communities. If you live in a rural community, you've got to have a passport. There's a lot of Virginians, a lot of Americans that don't have passports. But who it really screws? If any of your women, or for that matter men, when you got married, changed your name, to take a spouse's name, you don't get to vote unless you go back and re-find your birth certificate and come it forward. This is insane. They don't even have 51 votes in the Senate for this."
