"The beautiful thing is I think a lot of the main problems people have with roommates of like not people not doing their chores Like people being like a lot of those are solved because there's so much structure like the house that I moved into I'd like because it had been a co-op for so long and I had like all these like really specific systems of like Chore chart and there were like a 20 page document of like house agreements We have like house meetings every month like there's all this stuff But then there's like a whole new crop of problems that come up like all my roommates would be like polyamorous And they would like all shower at the same time And they would like they're not even in there like they're like arguing about like philosophical problems and it's like I have to shower And then you just have to listen to that. I had a roommate shoot her dog in the house on accident That was a big problem with a gun. Yeah, they're guns in the commune. There was one gun in the commune It was shared when you go far left people have to sign it out. Everyone had a stake We all vote on what we want to do with the gun"
