"There is something the Islamists are hiding from you about Islam, about a change happening so significant from within that they know that if any of us find out about it, it's the end. And that's why the pushback is here, because we do not hide information from you and like those radical terrorist jihadi nut jobs that are trying to take over our world. And so here is the good news. And it starts with Iran. The Islamic Republic claims its population is 99.5% Muslim. The state was built on theocracy. The constitution is religious. The educational system is religious. The legal code is religious. Public life is policed, in some form or other, by religious authority. Or at least that's the official picture. And yet, in June of 2024, the group for analyzing and measuring attitudes in Iran, known as Gamman, surveyed 77,216 Iranians inside the country, weighted to represent the literate adult population. The findings were extraordinary. Roughly 70% of Iranians opposed the constitution of the Islamic Republic. Only 20% wanted to remain. See, I told you they're trying to lie to you. They're trying to cover it up. They're just afraid of the fact that people from within who can actually see the truth will do something about how deranged this entire thing is. And so they silence them, they silence them, they silence them. But it doesn't help because thank God, some people can still think for themselves. The 9% favor a democratic system. 26% specifically want a secular republic. 21% want a constitutional monarchy. Can I just say that 20%, 26% wanting a secular republic looks a little bit different to the numbers that they're telling us about. The 95% of them are all in favor of this. Look, it's a sigh-up. We know it's a sigh-up. We have seen how they have successfully tried to convince the Western world that Islam is growing and growing and growing and growing. And it is. Let's not be stupid. It is. But they're also trying at the same time to maintain that narrative, to sow fear, to keep us afraid, to keep us on our toes. And the only way they can do that is if they keep on hiding the fact that people from within are trying to leave. 40% of respondents said regime change was a precondition for any meaningful reform. Again, regime change, a precondition for any meaningful reform. In the country that spent four and a half decades exporting its ideology, training proxy militias, building Hezbollah, funding Hamas, propping up Assad, and lecturing the world about Islamic governance, the population behind closed doors has already moved on. Not partially, not marginally, decisively. The woman life freedom uprising that erupted after the death of Masa Amini in 2022 didn't just trigger street protests. It accelerated something that was already brewing, a generational rejection of theocratic rules. Remember, you can come up with creative ways to figure out how to make the world a better place. And part of making the world a better place is stopping terrible ideas from spreading. But the way you stop the ideas is either by attacking the ideas or by helping the people fooling for them become more intelligent so that they don't. Both of those are options.
