Extreme heat can become dangerous quickly. Here’s a few ways to stay cool during this extreme heat season: 💧Drink plenty of water. ☀️ Wear lightweight clothing and take breaks in the shade or air conditioning. AND 🚗 Never leave a child or pet in a parked car—not even for a minute.
