"Now, there might be some wiggle room in that because this is a consortium that is working on federal land for what's essentially a federal government capital asset, maybe this organization is regulated by federal law and not Ontario law, which would mean that they don't actually have that requirement. But it's still very sketchy to me to not have a salary ban listed on a job ad like this, especially where you're looking for someone who is in demand, like you're looking for a PMP. Anybody who's a PMP who's going out to look for a new job, especially in construction right now, given the labor shortage, they're going to kind of look this over and be like, no salary.
