"Hi I'm Ron. I teach people how to hack into their core balance through fluid circular movements. This is a liquid trainer and today I want to add an extra movement to some of the primary movements. It's called looping. Looping is kind of an important addition to all of our movements. This is a loop and what you do here then you have to compensate here to unwind it. Now I have an interesting movement called loop and squatting. This comes from the overhead movement but we're squatting instead you can explore and do all kinds of different things with it. It's a pendulum. Once you get this thing going in motion try to get out of the way and follow the water. I can do a triple loop one two three so you can see the loop goes in any direction and then the other side so as you develop harmony to both sides your alignment will become more true. Looping."
