"Hi, I'm Ron. I help people tap into their core center through fluid movements. This is a liquid trainer. And today, I wanna show you a great movement for the major psoas muscles, which is one of the key core muscles of the abdomen. Toe first, toe first, step and flow. Step and flow, step and flow. As you have this pattern down, then go heel first. And when you go heel first, you actually are activating the major psoas. I find the major psoas to be really the boss of the so-called core muscles. And when you do this over and over again, this particular step movement, you'll find that your balance becomes very solid. You can do it from any angle, 90 degrees, which will also activate the iliacus and the minor muscles in the pelvis, or just straight ahead. But whatever you do, just keep this rhythm going and you'll find that you'll feel a lot more grounded."
