"I think there's a balance. So what I talk to sometimes about kids and teens and stuff is I kind of try to push them back to why do you want to be friends with these people who want these sports teams or these shows that you don't necessarily care about? If they're like, I need to watch this show, I need to be able to make conversation on this topic, will you teach me? I absolutely will because I think that there's a point of they're trying to form social connection. Now, a lot of kids want to be friends with people that I'm like, they're not necessarily good for you, but I allow them to have that journey. And I think that's also a difference. Yeah, we can't save them from that experience. And in some ways, yeah, it's like, that could be detrimental in and of itself of trying to protect them or overly coddle them. It's important for them to go out and like try that too, like find their social group. I mean, we figure that out and we continue to figure that out into adulthood too, right? I was going to say exactly, like why should we restrict this only to kids? I feel like that, I've lost track the number of times with friends. I'm like, well, take a little risk, like go out, be yourself, go out into that space and see if you like going to that concert. Or maybe you're not into drag brunches or maybe you're not into book club. Maybe you're not into, you know, but you gotta try one, you know? Okay, whoever is not into drag brunches, like I'm sorry, they're missing out."
