Mount Olive Pickle Company has withdrawn from the Great America State Fair, one of the leading suppliers and sellers of pickles in the United States of America. Pickles are an American delicacy that many Americans love and a critical part of any state fair. Well, Mount Olive Pickle Company has pulled out over the fact that there were Confederate flags found inside the Great America State Fair, specifically inside of the North Carolina stand that were in the fair. Now Mount Olive Pickle Company, according to The Guardian, is a company based in North Carolina, and they wanted to provide pickles to those going to the state fair, saying that they wanted to celebrate a nonpartisan event for America's 250th celebrations. Well, after the Confederate flag was found, they quickly said, we're not going to do this anymore. So they have now pulled out, leaving the Great America State Fair, which is still scheduled to run for several more days, in a bit of a pickle, so to speak. Spread the word.
