"a person is facing charges after police say they left the scene of this crash while intoxicated in Mount Pleasant. Officers responded to West Coleman Boulevard around 8 p.m. after a driver swerved into another vehicle at Lansing Drive. Police say the driver ran from the scene and tried to hide behind a nearby building. Officers quickly found the suspect and took them into custody. No injuries were reported, thankfully, that driver is charged with DUI and leaving the scene of a collision."
