"If the loyalty level ever drops to zero or even lower, the team member will actively attempt to betray their exec to any enemies your player character has. If the loyalty level is zero at the end of a game session, the team member will complain to HR to get transferred to another exec or just outright quit. Loyalty has to be maintained each game session to ensure the team member stays with the exec and performs the tasks needed. Gaining loyalty and losing loyalty are easy to track. If your exec complements the team member's work, they gain a plus one to the loyalty score."
