"And General Woodward says at the end, he's like, you mind if I talk to everybody real quick? It's like, OK, you're a two star. They're like, all right, I appreciate you ask in general. But obviously, you don't talk to the Marines. He says, I'm an F-18 pilot. We've been treating these as if they're all F-18s. We're done doing that. We need to figure out how to get these in young Marines' hands. If you're put in it, raise your hand if you're part of range control. And you know, whatever, like 20 people raise their hand. I gave guidance in a meeting this week. Take your orders out, take your pen out. And if there's something standing in the way, a young Marine's training with these capabilities, change it now."
